Revive literally revived me. I was struggling mentally and physically managing (ignoring) a recent labrum tear and osteoarthritis diagnosis in my hip. My limp was worsening, sleep was becoming impossible, and daily ibuprofen to help manage pain. As well … pelvic floor was in need of attention (of which I had also been putting off 🙄).
Abbey pulled me aside one day and was like — let me help you. After two weeks I already saw improvements: walking better, sleeping better, and no need for medication. Was able to continue training and race as planned … pain-free (and leak free lol). Plan to continue seeing her and Nikki as part of ongoing management. Thank you Revive. 🙏
